Shipping & Returns

 

Please note that the number of items available listed on the item page, does not necessarily reflect what we have on hand.  A multiple number is listed for ease of use for those who would like to order more than one or so the item remains in the store in that time from when the piece is sold until we see it and get a chance to relist.  Due to show sales and being in production almost full-time the inventory numbers are always changing and to reflect accurately here would be a full time job.  So please, if you have a time issue, check to make sure we don't have to make your item, or if you are interested in more then what we have listed on hand, please ask and we will let you know if we can do the number you need or how long it will take to fill the order. 

SHIPPING

We do our best to get purchases shipped within 1-14 days from receipt of payment. Normally items are shipped within a week or less, but the wide range listed is due to the times when the piece must be made or when we are traveling to a show. Wood burned items and cabinets may take even longer... Please let us know when you order if there is a set day you need the carving received. If there will be a delay in shipping for some reason you will be notified of the delay.

Domestic:  We ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

International:  We ship by United States Postal Service First Class International.

While we are happy to ship internationally, there are some countries that might prohibit my materials and products for import, and the United States Postal service does not deliver to all countries. Be aware of your countries restrictions and abide by them.

International customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, VAT, and/or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery, are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations, and I am not responsible for those types of charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For additional information, please refer to your local customs agency.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We will a honor full refund or exchange if notified of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of receiving the product. You have another 7 days after we are notified, to return the product to us. Shipping Insurance must be purchased for the cost of the carving, if the carving is received broken on the return, no refund can be offered unless insurance was purchased.   In the case of an item being received damaged from shipping to you, email us a picture of the broken piece, I will file the insurance (you may have to fill out forms from the insurance provider) and I will ship another to you.  Please keep in mind that each piece is unique and I will do my best to replicate your original purchase. Also, if an item needs to be returned or exchanged, the shipping and insurance fees are the customer's responsibility.
